03/11/11 Speyburn 1974 Connoisseurs Choice
A G+M bottling of this relatively unknown dram (in the UK at least, it’s really popular in the US!)
A pale, light bodied spirit. It’s grassy and fruity (white grapes, melon), dry and crisp. Too spirity though, it’s acidic, short and dull on the finish.
