Quite a light, delicate dram this.
Light bodied, dominant barley, apples, raisins, subtle spices, perhaps a little waft of smoke?
A gentle dram, the sherry is but a teasing influence. I like it, it’s uncomplicated but enjoyable.
Sometimes it’s refreshing to get a dram that’s neither heavily peated or really sweet but isn’t, well, dull.
