Another Blackadder bottling, a single cask Glenrothes.

Dry sherry, heavily spiced dark fruit, demerara, quite meaty (bbq?) and lots of spicy orange zest. Creamy smooth, lots of depth, beautiful mouthfeel.

Smashing dram, really classy.

A 100ml bottle from a whisky friend tonight (another camping dram).

Orange, cereal, light honey, light spicing, rich oak, a little vanilla.

Quite a subtle dram, a few drops of water helps immensely.

2/5 a bit too subtle…
