Another new distillery for me tonight.
Braeval is a fairly new distillery, built in 1974 near Ballindalloch.
Sherry trifle, milk chocolate, dark fruit, old oak and vanilla cream. It’s a bit flat late on the palate though, winey and ever so slightly acidic.
2/5. Drinkable but not lovable.
