A thumping 61.2% after 26 years? I’m assuming this must have filled to the cask without any water…
Quite light and fruity: pineapple, peaches, lemon, grist, soda bread, a little honey, slight hint of ginger.
It’s nice but a bit plain, a bit lacking in depth and character and complexity.
