29/06/11 Balblair ’89
21yo from Balblair, another distillery i’m not really familiar with.
Lots of vanilla, tropical fruit (bananas and mangoes), sweet honey and some lighter citrus fruit. Toffee apples, almonds, toasted oats, some light spices.
Quite a subtle dram, really lovely. Given time it develops beautifully.
