A new distillery tonight, Kilkerran is the name of the dram, Glengyle the ‘still.
Slightly smoky, oily but surprisingly sweet. Obviously fairly young but still pulls off a fair amount of sophistication between soft sweet peaches and dusty old leather.
A very fine dram indeed, showing great promise.
I’m struggling to say 4 but feel mean giving it a 3…
