09/01/12 GlenDronach Cask 3068
A 20yo PX puncheon, 1990-2010. This is from batch 3 (I think!)
Intensely spiced, heady and powerful. Bittersweet dark chocolate, unsweetened stewed fruit (or underripe cherries?)
Before it all gets a bit too dry and spicy, some beautiful sweet stick-toffee-pud sugary fruitiness comes to the rescue on the finish.
Lovely stuff.
